Option 1 | Main Sponsor
Company logo in all material of the event in 1/1 ratio (benefits described below) and privileged stand 12m2 - dependence on availability. The stand price does not include a construction.
Option 2 | Sponsor
Company logo in all material of the event in 1/2 ratio (benefits described below) and privileged stand 12m2 - dependence on availability. The stand price does not include a construction.
Option 3 | Supporter
Company logo in all material of the event in 1/3 ratio (benefits described below) and privileged stand 9m2 - dependence on availability. The stand price does not include a construction.

Exhibition Stands Cost
Option 1 | Exhibition Space
The exhibitor has to build his stand in cooperation with an exhibition company. Electricity supply is NOT included.
Option 2 | Basic Construction
All stands Includes: Stand standard construction, carpet (same color for all stands) electric power supply (socket) 500 W, lighting (1 spot per 2 m2), metope with the company's name (NOT logo).
Option 3 | Turnkey Solutions
Includes, Furniture (1 Reception, 1 Stull, 1 desk, 2 chairs), Wall printings. Cost of 55€/m2 additional to square meters, 125€/m2 + 55€/m2= 180€/m2.

◊ Gross/Net stand's height: 2,50m/2,46m
◊ Panel dimension, from - to the middle of the pillar: 1m
◊ Panel dimension, net width (MDF leather imitation): 0,96m
◊ Net height of the panel: 2,40m
◊ Width of metope: 0,25m
◊ Height from the platform to the metope: 2,25m

Clarifications:
Exclusive sponsorships are a separate agreement. More sponsorships and Onsite Promotions will be announced shortly
The additional sponsorship as the placement of materials in the event registration or conference bags etc., constitute a separate agreement
Sponsorship does not imply a presentation / speaking time at parallel conference events
If additional space is requested from the sponsorship proposals, this is calculated using the current pricelist
The depths of the stands can not be modified
All exhibitors and sponsors must fully comply with the rules of the organization and the venue, as well as the health protocols
Times of construction - decommissioning of stands upon agreement
All prices are subject to VAT 24%
